1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, using Express Receipt, downloading a document or using BINA RESIT, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked from this website.
2. About BINA RESIT
BINA RESIT is operated by Originald Legacy (IP0539997-V). It provides tools to create, organise, download and, where available, verify business documents.
3. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to use the service and have authority to create documents for the business, person or organisation shown on them.
4. Your account
Your account is linked to the Google sign-in identity you use. Keep your profile information accurate and do not create an account using another person's identity without permission.
5. Account security
You are responsible for protecting your Google account, devices and active sessions. If you suspect unauthorised access, use the available sign-out controls and contact security@binaresit.com as soon as possible.
6. Responsibility for document content
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality and authority of every quotation, invoice, delivery order, receipt, payment detail, customer detail and statement you create. BINA RESIT does not verify the underlying goods, services, delivery or payment represented in a document.
7. Customer and business information
Only save personal or business information when you have a lawful basis and the necessary authority to use it in your documents. You are responsible for informing your customers how you handle their information.
8. Express Receipt
Express Receipt can be used without an account. Its document content is generated in the browser and is not saved as a BINA RESIT account record. Express documents do not receive issuer verification, an Integrity Seal or an official version timeline.
9. Free access
Free access is subject to the document, edit and feature limits displayed in the product at the time of use. Limits may differ from paid access and are shown before you create or upgrade.
10. 7-Day and Pro access
Paid access, including 7-Day access and Pro, is activated only after a verified payment or a recorded BINA RESIT invitation. Paid features, including registered-document verification where available, apply while the relevant paid access is active.
11. Prices and payments
Prices, duration, promotions and any voucher conditions are shown before checkout. Payments are processed through BayarCash. Returning to a browser page alone does not confirm payment or activate paid access; activation follows a verified payment result.
12. Renewal, promotions and vouchers
A successful renewal adds the purchased access period after any remaining paid period. Early Bird allocations, promotions and vouchers may have eligibility, usage or expiry limits. We may correct obvious pricing, configuration or availability errors before granting access.
13. Refund requests
Refund requests must be sent to billing@binaresit.com within 7 days of payment and are assessed under the Refund Policy. A refund is not automatic merely because you changed your mind, no longer need the service or did not use all available time.
14. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Before starting a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact billing@binaresit.com so we can investigate a duplicate charge, failed activation or technical billing issue. We may restrict access while an unresolved payment dispute is being reviewed.
15. Acceptable use and anti-scam rules
You must not use BINA RESIT to create or distribute misleading, false, fraudulent or unlawful business documents. This includes false invoices or receipts, fake payment requests, false delivery claims, impersonation, misleading company details or documents intended to deceive another person.
16. No tampering or misrepresentation
You must not alter a registered document, QR verification link, Integrity Seal, verification status or document number in a way that falsely represents it as an official BINA RESIT record. You must not claim that BINA RESIT has verified a transaction, product, service or business merely because a document can be verified.
17. Document verification and Integrity Seal
QR verification and the Document Integrity Seal help a recipient compare a registered document with its official recorded version. They do not guarantee that the issuer, customer, goods, services, payment or delivery are genuine, complete or performed. Recipients should make their own commercial checks before paying or acting on a document.
18. Privacy check before official preview
Where an official document preview requires the final four digits of a phone number, enter only the digits shown on the document. This is an additional privacy check and does not establish a right to access any unrelated record.
19. Enforcement and preservation of evidence
When there is a credible security, misuse or scam concern, BINA RESIT may place an account or document under review, restrict access, revoke verification, preserve relevant records as evidence and permanently suspend an account. We may cooperate with lawful requests from relevant authorities.
20. Reporting a concern
Anyone may use the report option on a verification page for a suspicious registered document. For account-security or scam concerns, contact security@binaresit.com with factual information and any relevant evidence. Do not send passwords, OTPs or unnecessary sensitive information.
21. Availability and service changes
We work to keep BINA RESIT available and reliable, but no online service can be guaranteed uninterrupted. We may improve, change, suspend or retire a feature when reasonably required for security, reliability, legal compliance or product development.
22. Intellectual property
BINA RESIT, its branding, software, layout, templates and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain responsibility for the content you create, while granting us the limited rights needed to operate, secure, back up and support the service.
23. Personal data and PDPA
BINA RESIT handles account, payment and service-communication information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Malaysian data-protection requirements, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 where applicable. You remain responsible for personal data that you place in your business documents and for meeting your own obligations to the people whose data you use.
24. Authorised support and service providers
Authorised BINA RESIT staff may access relevant records only where reasonably needed for support, security, recovery, legal compliance or anti-scam enforcement. Such access is controlled and internally recorded. We may use carefully selected service providers to provide infrastructure, payments, email delivery and other necessary service functions, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We may update these terms by posting a revised date on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and they do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
