Official document verification

Registered eligible documents can be checked from their QR code or verification link against the official BINA RESIT record.

  • Shows the recorded document status and official version details.
  • Uses an Integrity Seal and version timeline to help identify the recorded version.
  • Invalid, revoked, suspended or under-review records are not presented as valid.

Privacy before an official preview

A full official preview needs one four-digit check from a phone number already displayed on the document.

  • The verification page does not reveal the phone number for you.
  • Preview attempts are rate-limited to protect the record from repeated guessing.
  • Use only the digits displayed on the document you are checking.

Account and workspace safeguards

Saved business records are kept within the account workspace that owns them.

  • Google sign-in and session controls help protect account access.
  • Workspace-scoped access keeps one customer's saved records separate from another's.
  • Authorised support access is controlled, task-limited and recorded internally.

Review and misuse response

We provide channels to report suspicious documents and can restrict records where a credible concern needs review.

  • Anyone can report a suspicious registered document from its verification page.
  • A document or account may be placed under review, revoked or suspended when appropriate.
  • Relevant records may be preserved for security, dispute or legal purposes.

Check a document safely

Before paying, sharing sensitive information or acting on a document:

  1. Scan its QR code or open the official verification link.
  2. Match the number, issuer, date, amount and status with the document in your hand.
  3. Confirm company and bank details through a trusted channel you found independently.
  4. Report anything unusual instead of relying on a document alone.

What a valid result does — and does not — mean

VALID means the public details shown on the verification page match BINA RESIT's official record for that version. It does not prove the issuer, customer, goods, service, delivery, payment or bank account is genuine, complete or performed. Always make your own commercial checks.

Security and privacy practices

  • Encrypted transport, authenticated access, session controls and audit records.
  • Workspace separation and role-based restrictions for saved business records.
  • Security monitoring, backups and controlled support or security review when reasonably needed.
  • No request for your Google password, OTP, banking password or full card details by BINA RESIT support.
